We believe that by offering teens opportunities to be recognized for the things they do well, and by encouraging them to make positive choices in the areas of health, recreation and education, that their sense of self-worth and self-respect will increase, giving them a better foundation on which to build their futures.

As a result, the site will blend fun activities with learning opportunities. FMSS^TM will provide information and other support for the questions and situations that frequently trouble teens. It will also to expose visitors to positive, informative, emotionally-enriching material.

Members will gain recognition for their talents and commitments to themselves and their communities through a series of site features, including opportunities to:
• showcase their creativity,
• interact with other teens (give and receive advice),
• learn how to set and achieve goals, and
• volunteer in different areas.

As part of helping build that solid foundation for the future, the site will enable teens to improve their understanding of school material by offering help with homework and school-related matters. Higher education and “correct for them” job choices will be encouraged.

We also want to help teens acquire some of the life skills and knowledge not readily available in all North American schools. As an example, to help teens avoid the debt cycle plaguing so many of their parents, teens using the site will learn responsible consumerism and good money management skills.

Most importantly, by designing FMSS^TM as a fun, exciting, dynamic site/ on-line community, teens will want to visit regularly, thereby enabling the site’s positive influences to be exerted in subtle, non-intrusive ways on an on-going basis.

In short, we are creating FMSS^TM to help our teens become happier, more productive, better balanced, more fulfilled adults – while having a lot of fun along the way!
